

North Shore Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine has treated literally thousands of musculoskeletal problems over the years it has served Kauai's north shore.
The department is managed by chief therapist Todd Strong, PT. and under the medical direction of Steve Rogoff, MD, and Gilbert Hager, MD, who is a board certified specialist in Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation).
Our highly-trained therapists offer extremely effective treatments for all types of injuries resulting from surfing and other sporting and athletic activities, as well as work related injuries and motor vehicle accidents.
Effective treatments are routinely provided for neck pain, back pain, chronic pain syndromes, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, foot and ankle problems, knee problems, shoulder problems, and a multitude of postural and structural disorders.
Therapists also provide post-surgical rehab for knee, shoulder, hip and spinal surgeries.

About Todd Strong, PT
Born in Charleston, South Carolina. Todd majored in exercise science then attended the Medical University of South Carolina earning a masters degree in physical therapy. Todd worked at Wilcox hospital for many years before becoming chief therapist at Hale Lea's North Shore Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Todd loves the ocean, and when he isn't providing physical therapy for patients he is usually surfing. diving and paddling. His goal is to create a world class physical therapy clinic to bring out the best in all of us through rehabilitation and exercise.
