Volunteer Services
The Volunteer Program at Kauai Community Health Alliance has a place for everyone. You may be retired, involved in your career, a stay at home parent, young or old, male or female. KCHA has varied opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds. Volunteer Services Include:
- Fundraising
- Newsletter Publishing
- Public Affairs & Marketing
- Front office or clerical assistance—depending on skill may include filing, photocopying, scheduling, and other activities
- Cleaning in any capacity
- Accounting
- Writing skills
- Event planning
- Computer support
- Health Promotion
- Research
- Construction, electrical, plumbing, repairs
Who can volunteer at KCHA?
We welcome anyone age 16 and up who wishes to donate their time on a regular basis. Some jobs require the Volunteers to be at least 18 years old.
How Much Time Must I Give?
We ask for a minimum commitment of four hours a week, one day a week for at least three months duration. Beyond that, it is up to you.
